Flavours of the Philippines festival shall be a grand showcase of Philippine Culinary delights, from the northern-most tip of Luzon to the Southern corners of Mindanao. However, more than just being a venue for food-tasting, Taste of the Philippines will be a celebration of Filipino warmth, hospitality, and sense of community. The festival shall take the tone of a barangay fiesta done on a larger scale, complete with marching bands, Filipino indigenous games, a giant sari-sari (variety) store concerts, contests, and of course, food and more food.
